We collect, analyze, and share data to drive meaningful change in building the best team in home. 

We’re seeking a social scientist to join our Employee Research workstream to help us illustrate a narrative with qualitative and quantitative data. In this role, you’ll help build and execute on the research roadmap necessary to drive our stakeholders to take action on talent data. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Build key stakeholder relationships - create awareness around the “possibilities” of what people analytics research can help our partners measure and achieve
  • Partner closely with stakeholder teams on analytics to support major policy and programmatic decisions (e.g., future of remote work, performance review processes, DEI programs)
  • Work to scale existing reporting methodologies (focus groups, survey development), minimizing analytical lift to maximize interaction with stakeholders and action planning
  • Evaluate current employee listening strategy and create a roadmap for future enhancements

What You'll Need: 

  • Bachelors, masters, or advanced degree in a quantitative or qualitative field (I/O psychology, organizational design, statistics)
  • 4+ years of work experience, with a track record of delivering tangible results in a data-driven role
  • Proficiency with at least one structured programming language (e.g., SQL, Python, R), experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Data Studio, Tableau, Looker) a plus
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build narratives using data
  • The integrity, maturity, and respect to handle sensitive employee data
