Wayfair is looking for a Product Content Senior Associate to help build up our product and assortment expertise. In this role you will own a specific area of our huge product catalog and be responsible for developing an in-depth understanding of the product’s characteristics, using a combination of category management and product-focused competitive research. You’ll become the subject matter expert in the assortment that we sell and how we gather information about products. You’ll constantly be evaluating and optimizing how we structure product information and imagery. You will be a crucial cross-functional partner to multiple teams across the organization, working together to develop and implement strategic improvements to how we are gathering our product content and growing the amount of content we are capturing.

What You'll Do
Serve as the department expert on merchandising your area of our product catalog.
Define, design and drive large-scale projects.
Drive product-focused competitive research to discover new ways to improve product content within your product categories.
Challenge the status quo and always be on the lookout for ways to streamline and improve the efficiency of existing processes while effectively managing multiple stakeholders.
Track impact of enhancements, report out effectively and make decisions based on learning and data.
Interact with suppliers and products to deepen product expertise and garner insights on the latest trends in your product category.
Develop ways to structure data we collect from our suppliers about our products.
Analyze data to identify opportunities to improve the coverage of product content across your product categories.
Mentor associates on the team and guide them towards career success.

What You'll Need
3+ years of relevant work or internship experience
Proactive and eager to constantly seek out opportunities to make an impact
Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable learning new data analysis tools
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize projects and multitask to get things done
Highly detail oriented; unafraid of complexity
Strong communication skills and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
Able to coordinate global, cross-functional projects, providing clear & constructive feedback to other teams and levels
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Comfortable navigating structured and unstructured data
