The production stylist updates documents, collects files for the styling team and offers suggestions for re-use of scenes, before stylists begin making imagery. They prepare merch boards and work directly with production management to ensure all documents reflect accurate product data.The production stylist will be trained in 3DSmax and Shotgrid, ensuring that files are technically sound and ready for production.

Duties include:

  • Making and updating WAM boards for Seasonal or Catalog Projects
  • Updating Shotgrid projects with the relevant asset data
  • Updating replacement trackers
  • Tracking MPID replacements in CB shots
  • Tagging props in WAM for further usage and better searchability
  • Running scripts to validate scene files
  • Collecting 3D model files from the WAM and ensuring they are as expected in 3DS max
  • Uploading Stylist renders into QuickBase for artist complexity scoring
  • Working with the producer on updating merch board data- visual reference for stylists
  • Following up on meta data and search of finalized images
  • Support for pick up and reuse images
  • Virtual filing or projects when complete, merch boards, Wam boards, Invision boards etc.
  • Socialize reporting on product usage and SSI skus % for SRBS

    Rework Duties Duties:
  • Put away images for future use tagging scenes, and individual assets
  • Work with creative leaders to identify style moments to reuse and input into browsable library
  • Maintenance of browsable imagery and Asset library as time allows

Required skills needed

  • Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Data manipulation 
  • Quickbase/Shotgrid or standard production management software
  • Proven to have built strong relationships/ trust with high level stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the life cycle of a photo production would be a plus
  • Production experience is a plus
  • 3D knowledge is a plus
