This is a hybrid role that requires a minimum of 4 days (Monday-Thursday) on-site per week in our Back Bay, Boston offices.

Overview

As the Corporate Recruiting Process & Training Manager, you will be responsible for the global corporate sourcing and recruiting workflows and best practices, training strategy and execution, and recruiter adoption of tools and processes.  In this role you will act as the voice of the recruiter to crystalize user needs and build process solutions that create the best user experience possible while hiring top talent at scale.  You will also partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to design, build, and execute training curriculum to help drive adoption of recruiting best practices and develop a high performing TA team.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the voice of the recruiter to lead creation and evolution of workflows for new and existing tools in our recruiter tools ecosystem (Greenhouse,Gem, HireEZ, LinkedIn, etc)
  • Responsible for a project to evaluate right ATS for Wayfair’s corporate recruiting population, and will lead requirements discovery and workflow configuration in close partnership with TA leaders and our Technology teams. You will also own all training and change management to transition to the new system.
  • Develop work plan and timeline with key dependencies, deliverables, and milestones
  • Lead corporate talent acquisition process enablement and training initiatives, solicit buy in, partner with global cross-functional teams and deliver scalable solutions that KPIs set by you
  • Develop and execute training strategies that reflect evolved best practices and new tool launches
  • Establish a corporate recruiting center of excellence, which will be the centralized hub for templates, tools, and best practices for all the global recruiting organization
  • Analyze data to identify trends, provide insights and make recommendations to stakeholders and cross-functional partners to develop scalable solutions, programs and policies to improve the recruiter and candidate experiences
  • Continuously evaluate the training program by defining, measuring, and assessing success metrics and feedback collection to drive decision making and program iteration
  • Collaborate closely with our talent technology team to propose and drive system and process improvements that align with evolving business needs, deliver results, and enable us to grow and scale

What You’ll Need 

  • 4+ years of experience in a corporate environment as strategic program manager or similar
  • 1+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or talent role or familiarity with talent tools and processes a plus
  • Experience creating and executing against a 6+ month roadmap; including managing multiple lanes of work to a deadline, influencing and keeping stakeholders informed, and measuring success based on business goals and metrics
  • Experience transforming ambiguous problems into clear, structured plans or building programs from the ground up
  • Proven track record of leading and leveraging peers/direct reports to deliver against your roadmap projects and success metrics
  • A strategic thinker who can leverage data to form insights, identify root cause, evaluate risks and tradeoffs, influence decisions, and measure success of work
  • A strong, highly collaborative working style, and a willingness to roll-up your sleeves and execute
  • Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders to influence decision making
  • Ability to be nimble in order to respond to shifting priorities to meet business needs
