Who We Are

Interested in the fast pace and massive learning potential of a startup, paired with the sophistication and resources of a bigger company? That’s the dream we’re living at Wayfair Registry. We’re a fast-growing startup within one of the world’s fastest growing ecommerce companies, and we’re on a mission to help people around the world create their dream homes through gifts and collaboration.

Our product is scaling rapidly, and we’re looking for the most talented people we can find to steer our growth. In this role you’ll own an essential part of Wayfair Registry’s experience: making our users exceptionally happy once they have created a registry with us.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end strategy for how to maximize users’ interest in sticking with Wayfair Registry once they’ve signed up - including email campaigns, content creation, on-site messaging, discounts and promotions, bonus gifts, and cross-messaging of other ways they can get value from Wayfair.
  • Have wide leeway to dream up and launch net-new initiatives that will make our customers elated beyond measure to use Wayfair Registry.
  • Be accountable for maximizing the lifetime value we get from our customers, during and after their experience with the registry - which means maximizing the value our customers get from us!
  • Work cross-functionally with our Storefront team where applicable to prioritize and scope the best ways to improve our customer experience.
  • Ideate, test, launch, learn, and repeat!

What You'll Need:

  • At least 4+ years of experience working in a highly analytical role such as consulting or quant-heavy marketing.
  • Exposure to consumer marketing - the more the better.
  • A passion for helping people - both our customers and your teammates.
  • Deep empathy for people who are creating their homes together and a keenness to learn more about them (experience with user experience design and product management a strong plus)
  • The mindset of an owner, with a relentless drive to execute and take calculated risks to drive results for our users.
  • The ability to cut through corporate-speak to persuade and inspire - whether your audience is a newly engaged bride or the CEO of Wayfair.

(Note: Like the sound of this but not sure you qualify? Apply anyway. We want a team that is diverse in every way, and we’ll give you a fair shake even if your background doesn’t match our exact description.)
