What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and drive our privacy and identity marketing roadmap in partnership with MarTech, Data Engineering, and Legal; ensuring our marketing stack is well-positioned for future success through both new solutions and process improvements
  • Become the subject matter expert in this area and collaborate with marketing channel leads to ensure their work both benefits from and supports broader identity and privacy efforts
  • Support the design, execution and analysis of lift tests and A/B tests to make high-impact changes to the customer experience
  • Stay ahead of industry privacy standards and trends and conduct landscape assessments to evaluate marketing technologies and vendor solutions.
  • Solve critical and complex business problems by sharing recommendations and deploying tools that use combinations of deep dive analysis, advanced analytics, models, and visualizations.
  • Train and mentor junior team members

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, or other quantitative discipline; Masters preferred.
  • 2+ years of work experience in a relevant field, such as analytics or data science.
  • Proficient in statistical programming languages such as Python, R, SAS, or SPSS as well as SQL (incl. Aggregate functions, joins, etc.).
  • Experience with big, complex data and big data technologies (Google Big Query) and using modeling algorithms to derive business insights.
  • Experience with experimental test design such as A/B testing.
  • Experience with data visualization software (e.g. Google Data Studio, Tableau, PowerBI); experience with Looker a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Capacity to be a self-starter, operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 
  • Experience with the marketing privacy and identity landscape; ecommerce/retail analytics a plus

Note - This is a hybrid role based out of our Boston office (4 days/week in office, 1 day/week remote)
