The Specialty Retail Brands Merch Enablement team exists to optimize performance of our top priority products and better enable the merchant team through better reporting, tools, and process. We are looking for a Senior Analyst to own the product roadmap for integrating SRB needs into Wayfair’s tools, offer data-driven solutions to problems posed by stakeholders across the company, and provide insights informing merchandising strategies. Our work is technically challenging, high-impact, and heavily relied upon for strategic decision-making. This role provides significant exposure to senior leadership, and top performers will have opportunities to work with senior leaders from key cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do
- Formulate, prioritize, and execute against roadmaps to deliver process improvements
- Develop strategy for Specialty Retail Brands continued integration and representation into existing Wayfair tools and processes and lead implementation to drive results
- Comprehend, extract, automate processes and model information from complex data sources including sales, funnel, operations, and product to deliver business insights and recommendations
- Develop data visualizations, including reports, dashboards, and analysis using BI solutions to distribute data insights in an easily digestible manner
- Drive root cause analysis/reporting on operational issues, developing action plans and project managing improvements
- Work closely with partners in Merchandising, Data Engineering, Engineering, Curated Merchandising and Profit Management to craft high-impact solutions to departmental challenges

What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in operations, retail, engineering, consulting, strategy or finance
- Proficient knowledge of SQL or Google BigQuery, including writing and executing queries
- Experience using Excel to manipulate data, including use of PivotTables and formulas to build data visualizations
- Experience building dashboards, Data Studio experience a plus
- Working knowledge of Python, including pandas library a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
