đĄ What Youâll Do

Own the strategy, commercial performance, and supplier relationships for a key product category

Drive negotiations and secure favourable commercial terms

Identify and onboard new products to grow the assortment and fill key gaps

Partner with internal teams across merchandising, marketing, analytics, and operations
-
Analyse data and performance trends to inform and execute growth strategies
-
Stay ahead of the market by monitoring competitorsâ pricing, assortment, and tactics
-
Represent Wayfair at trade shows and conduct supplier visits across Europe (2â5x per year)
â What Youâll Bring

Bachelor's or Masterâs degree
-
Fluency in English (required)
-
2+ years in management consulting, eCommerce, category management, or a similarly strategic/commercial role

Strong data analysis and commercial acumen â you make insights actionable

Proven stakeholder management skills with experience influencing at senior levels

Experience negotiating terms and driving supplier performance

Excellent communication and project management skills
