Senior Product Manager, Supplier Catalog

Who We Are

Wayfair believes everyone should live in a home they love. Through technology and innovation, we make it possible for shoppers to quickly and easily find exactly what they want from a selection of more than 14 million items across home furnishings, décor, home improvement, housewares and more. For Wayfair to be able to provide consumers with a great selection, we need to have a large and diverse group of suppliers to provide these products. The Supplier Catalog team develops applications that make it easy for Wayfair's suppliers to add or update the products they sell on the Wayfair website. These applications aim to help suppliers add and update their product’s content quickly, completely, and accurately as possible, so that they can start selling products to consumers and making money with Wayfair.

What You'll Do

  • You will be responsible for defining the vision for how Supplier Catalog will evolve to optimally support the needs of our suppliers.
  • Lead your teams to deliver business impact by launching and iteratively optimizing features that ensure suppliers can optimize their catalog efficiently and accurately.
  • You will lead problem scoping and discovery across multiple functional areas, drive requirements synthesis, and facilitate prioritization to determine how Wayfair should optimize the Supplier Catalog applications.
  • You will act with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, creating strong relationships with senior cross-functional leaders (both technical and non-technical), establishing a shared vision for success, and delivering results that create meaningful business impact.

What You'll Need

  • 7+ years of product management experience in an agile development environment, ideally with exposure to a relevant product area (eCommerce or B2C; SaaS platforms; Enterprise application experience).
  • 3+ years’ experience successfully leading and growing teams that are highly effective both in terms of business impact and team culture.
  • Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience with hypothesis-driven learning and turning data into actionable insights.
  • Superior communication skills with demonstrated ability to navigate a complex organization and generate buy-in for ideas and plans.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for action and ability to deal with ambiguity and rapidly changing environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
