Responsibilities:

1.       Formatting, proofreading and reviewing documents based on client’s requirements;

2.       Processing pictures by using drawing tools;

3.       Modifying obvious mistakes in documents for quality assurance.

 

Requirements:

1.       Certificate of CET 4;

2.       Highly responsible; Accomplishing assigned tasks with high efficiency;

3.       Proficient in using office and other software;

4.       Patient and careful in working; Highly sensitive to words;

5.       Japanese as the 2nd foreign language is preferred;

6.       Experience with proofreading and formatting is preferred;

7.       Excellent communication skills and team work spirit.
