MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Welocalize is offering a paid internship for a motivated undergraduate or postgraduate looking to gain valuable talent acquisition experience in the rapidly expanding language services sector. It is the perfect opportunity to gain valuable work experience and develop first-rate talent acquisition skills while learning from experience with global team members.
This three to six months internship enables you to gain an insight into how a busy, dynamic language services provider operates, get involved in talent acquisition team activities, and add some impressive experience to your CV. 

MAIN DUTIES
The following is a non-exhaustive list of responsibilities and areas of ownership of the TA Intern:
- Recruitment support and administration for the global talent acquisition
- Assist the team in managing the central talent database, updating trackers, and uploading data according to account specific guidelines
- Screen CVs and tag them accordingly (training will be provided)
- Follow up with the community as a part of a global initiative
- Process, organize and maintain all processes (onboardings)
- Update and manage vendor lists, calendars, and records
Other tasks can be assigned as needed.

Education Level
MUST BE CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN A UNIVERSITY PROGRAM AND HAVE THE STATUS OF A STUDENT

Preferred experience
Experience and/or interest in recruitment and HR
Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
Fluency in written and verbal English
Strong computer literacy, MS Office, e-mail, internet
Proven ability to learn new processes and tools
Positive and energetic, thrives in all kinds of social situations, regardless of culture
Enjoys working in a team and derives energy from being within a team
Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines are essential
Team-player with the ability to problem-solve and show initiative
An objective, problem-solving mindset, mental flexibility, and a “can-do” attitude
Knowledge of the localization industry is desired but not mandatory
