As a Corporate Recruiter working in our Talent team, you will make an impact as a key contributor, hiring specialized talent to work across functions with a focus on our Sales and Business Development Teams. You will work as a key partner to functional stakeholders including Hiring Managers, People Success, and our Executive teams, developing strategies to approach, engage, and hire the best-fit Sales talent in the US and Europe. 

The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles and specifically Sales Professionals, you will work as a strategic talent partner to the Sales hiring team. We expect they'll be coming to the table with an informed point-of-view on the regional talent pools, interview best practices, and assessment and case study criteria. This person will have extremely sound professional judgment and will work collaboratively to understand business problems and how talent acquisition fits into solving them.

Main Duties

  • Uphold the Welocalize brand and 4 Pillars of Customer Service, Quality, Innovation, and Global Teamwork.  
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising, sourcing, attraction, assessment, and selection. 
  • Build a proactive sourcing strategy to access and engage the best talent for our global teams 
  • Demonstrate ownership of all roles assigned and supports talent initiatives.
  • Build relationships and partner with hiring managers - understand the business problem that hiring managers are trying to solve by hiring new team members.
  • Develop a deep understanding of recruitment needs for all business units at Welocalize. 
  • Represent the company and be a brand ambassador of the Welocalize brand, ensuring the candidates are excited about our journey and mission. 
  • Ensuring a first-class recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers. 
  • Work across a range of strategic recruitment projects related to our wider business goals, such as improving diversity in talent pipelines and our employer branding. 
  • Provide talent consulting services to hiring managers things such as market trends, interview techniques, and more.
  • Provide recruitment insights, and metrics, and contribute to compensation benchmarking across all roles assigned. 
  • Contribute to the overall talent strategy and cooperate with other teams regularly.
  • Requirements

  • Direct experience hiring Sales Professionals.
  • 5+ years of experience sourcing, managing interview workflows, and partnering with hiring managers. Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment, ability to adapt quickly to business changes.
  • Ability to stay organized and informed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability - lean in on projects as and when required.
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail, and self-driven with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • An objective, problem-solving mindset, mental flexibility, and a “can-do” attitude, possessing a solution-oriented approach to every challenge.
  • Taking the initiative to proactively assess and mitigate risks.
  • Enjoys working in a team and derives energy from being within a team, while contributing to the team's success.
  • Team player with the ability to problem-solve and show initiative.
  • Familiarity with a variety of recruitment tools, from social media platforms, communities, job boards, ATS and existing candidate pools, etc.
  • Ability to prioritize ongoing projects based on business needs and urgencies that arise.
  • Values teamwork and the goal of contributing to the whole team's success.
  • Interest in social media strategy (how it affects the Welocalize brand; why is important to be active; how you can attract people, and manage visible feedback).
  • Proven ability to learn new processes and tools.
  • Education

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) or Master's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in Recruitment/Talent or Localization.
