Your role within the team

Zesty Paws is seeking an Amazon Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the e-commerce strategy across Amazon US for our pet supplement brand, Zesty Paws.

Reporting directly to the Amazon Director, this position is the Amazon team leader who owns project management governance, process, and workflow of all Amazon listings, optimizations, and promotional initiatives. This person is accountable for the eCommerce process from start to finish with their team to ensure the timely and orderly flow of all Amazon and promotion-based deliverables.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the growth and management of all aspects of the eCommerce Amazon-based projects and assignments, including new product launch planning, content strategy and optimization, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work while evaluating results
  • Lead a highly effective, innovative, results-driven team that understands how their actions correlate to the vital project indicators
  • Champion velocity and social proof campaigns to improve the efficiency of all strategies while also capitalizing on channel-specific events and collaborations while bringing new innovative ideas to management
  • Develop and manage project schedules and communication plans for promotional strategy across cross-functional departments,
  • Collaborate with our in-house social media team to deliver consistent messages across social platforms and drive engagement
  • Plan and manage Amazon P&L to meet and exceed monthly growth KPIs.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Business, marketing, advertising, ect).
  • 2-4 years of Digital Marketing experience
  • 3+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience
  • 2 - 4 years' experience in developing detailed project plans
  • 2 - 3 years' experience in a people-management  position
  • Proven project management track record for delivering results and accuracy while managing multiple tasks
  • Fundamental knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce
