Your role within the team
Reporting into the Head of DTC, the Acquisition Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving growth by managing all aspects of demand generation for Pet Nutritional Care brands at H&H Group.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and prior experience in leading performance marketing for a CPG brand in the DTC space.
Duties and responsibilities
- Lead all demand generation activities including email marketing, direct response advertising, and paid media marketing.
- Develop and execute paid media strategy and campaigns across all channels including Paid search, Shopping, Display, Paid social, and Affiliate marketing.
- Implement best practices and optimizations to consistently ensure optimal performance across all campaigns and channels.
- Manage media budget, define channel mix and cross-channel investment levels to support full funnel business KPIs
- Work cross-functionally with the Creative lead and the Brand teams for developing engaging marketing content and creative assets for paid media optimization.
- Track campaign performance KPIs using daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. Identify areas for improvement and present insights to company leadership
- Lead the overall CRM strategy, audience segmentation, email marketing and direct response marketing campaign development and execution.
- Constantly pilot and test new channels (e.g., SMS, Direct Mail), tactics, or strategies to grow the CRM database and drive overall business growth.
- Work closely with the Social Media manager on strategies to drive organic traffic and conversion KPIs.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, managing, and executing performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Bing, and Tiktok platforms.
- Affiliate network advertising experience preferred
- Advertising budget management experience preferred.
- Experience developing CRM flows and running email marketing campaigns via Klaviyo preferred.
- Experience writing creative briefs and managing creative development process.
- Experience in FMCG, ideally in the Direct-to-consumer space preferred.
- Result driven with strong analytical skills and a a positive can-do attitude is a must
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work across multiple projects
