Your role within the team
This role will provide first level support to regional ERP and satellite solutions. With a deeply understand of the HHNA business model and system capability, the ERP Lead will seek to identify opportunities for improvement with Group IT and our Suppliers, while supporting the Group ERP rollout in NA Region, such as Group Supply Chain module.
Duties and responsibilities
- Provide thought and solution leadership in specific areas of Netsuite, across multiple business models – wholesale, key account and direct to customer sales, through in-house warehouse, 3rd party logistics or 4th party logistics.
- Define requirements, create reports and thorough documentation.
- Lead the analysis and development of appropriate initiatives and solutions.
- Configure solutions and adhere to quality and change control protocols to propagate changes through environments.
- Work on the integration of the systems within the H&H ecosystem including integration with 3rd party applications and 3rd party teams.
- Work closely with Group Application Team and extended technical teams delivering solutions that will comply with the existing Group IT portfolio management, Enterprise Architecture principles and Global ways of working.
- Devise test plans and perform thorough testing to ensure quality solutions are delivered.
- Collaborating with Group IT team members to continuously improve ways of working.
- Taking ownership of challenges and being open to feedback or options for improvement.
- Being willing to change tack or priorities if the need arises to meet urgent market-driven business changes.
- Rethinking the status-quo to find better ways of solving the same and new challenges.

Provide first-class front-line support for daily challenges and questions from team members.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5+ years working knowledge of an FMCG business
- 2+ years’ functional experience with Oracle NetSuite
- Business Degree majoring in Information Systems, Logistics, Finance or Business Administration
- Demonstrable knowledge of business processes and solutions relating to FMCG business
- Experience with:
- Oracle Netsuite
- Microsoft D365 Business Central
