Your role within the team

Reporting into the VP of Product Development, the Project Manager manages innovation projects end-to-end in conjunction with Brand Manager and other project leads.

The candidate is able to take a new concept from ideation phase to launch by setting a clear strategy on how to deliver the project at a timeline that meets the business needs. They can plan, set milestones, identify the key cross functional team members required and demonstrate a detailed project plan that can deliver the specific project. They can juggle multiple, complex priorities at any given time. They are responsible for tracking progress on a weekly and monthly basis, reporting and presenting on project status to project team.  

Duties and responsibilities

  • Project-manages alongside multi-country, cross-functional project teams
  • Manages strategic innovation projects to accelerate brand’s leadership and future-proof our growth
  • Establishes processes, tools and templates to enable wider team to complete their roles effectively
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills to interpret and articulate key messages on projects to team members at all levels within the business
  • Highlights or identifies opportunities to ensure optimal management of projects and streamlines resources

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Project management experience of at least 2 years, required
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, required
  • Extensive understanding of project management – processes, tools, methods
  • Proactively to engage cross-function teams with strong ownership is must-have skill set
  • Solution-oriented specially under pressure is must-have skill set
  • Pet or Food experience, preferred
  • International / Global project experience, preferred
