Zoom is seeking an experienced and passionate channel operations professional to lead the global channel operations organization and build the strategic vision of the department. The primary objective is to optimize and operationalize the channel business from on-boarding to partner billing and collections. This person will work closely with cross-functional leaders within Zoom and partners to streamline, automate and create a world-class channel operations process. This role is critical to the channel team and will support the overall channel strategy –  in continuing to deliver happiness to our partners and customers. This leader will consistently deliver a balance of data-driven and experience-driven insights and recommendations to cross-functional, executive leadership as it relates to our UCaaS offerings of video, phone, chat, and webinars. This role is the highest position on our channel operations team and reports to the Head of Global Sales Operations + Enablement. 

Your Impact
•Lead and oversee cross-functionally the creation of an end-to-end channel operations plan to support the business.
•Work closely with the Channel Programs Team to build a world-class partner program and the operational elements to onboard and track partner success through the program.
•Support 'standard' and 'exceptional' processes related to quoting and order processing; create and provide  trainings as needed internally and to partners. 
•Execute on the “manual to automation” projects to provide growth and scale to the channel business 
•Advocate for the channel community to interact with Zoom direct sales through education, communication, and support
•Identify, manage, and execute on the issues and opportunities for process improvement to improve partner/customer experience and productivity with the goal to increase market penetration for Zoom
•Be the subject matter expert for the channel community to receive fast and reliable support regarding Zoom promotions and new product releases
•Develop, manage, and improve the Zoom Partner portal with a Zoom quoting tool, renewal notifications, point of sale reporting
•Facilitate the change management required to keep the Zoom channel partner program up-to-date with the latest best practices to increase Zoom wallet share in the channel revenue stream
•Develop and track channel metrics (KPIs reporting and scorecards) to facilitate the growth of existing channel partners into a “strategic” channel classification 
•Drive analyses to help the channel organization, including quota achievement, coverage, retention, segmentation and productivity
•Provide training for the channel community external sales teams on Zoom’s business practices and product/service promotions
•Coordinate activities and priorities of enablement functions to improve alignment to sales strategy
•Manage third party software for all of channel operations systems 
•Be the leader that facilitates the exchange of leads, opportunities, and customer information between Zoom and the channel community
•Act as key liaison for aligning territory quotas/plans and managing compensation escalations/exception situations
•Manage compliance of the non-standard transactions process
•Track quarterly metrics on general business performance, average discounts, non-standard exceptions, etc.; recommend action items for improvement
•Drive month-end and quarter-end close process; facilitate tracking of outstanding purchase orders, ensuring order compliance, bookings reports, etc.
•Assist in removing inhibitors and working closely with extended channel operations team.

Your Experience
•A dedicated self-starter, who enjoys the opportunity to create processes and procedures for growth.  A successful candidate will be a combination of a business process strategist, system architect, and individual contributor that rolls up his/her sleeves to be involved in the daily operations of the channel community
•10 years of business experience supporting organizations selling through channel or distribution 
•Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate with the channel community to join Zoom channel partner programs
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
•Utilize operational excellence to drive adoption and build credibility with the channel community
•Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to start and manage multiple projects simultaneously
•Extensive experience and knowledge of sales operations and the ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally between order management, finance, and direct touch sales
•Good judgment, practical approach, energy, high integrity
•Ability to see the big picture but “Zoom In” and translate the business vision into tasks
•Exceptional analytical, reporting, data manipulation, dashboard creation, and business intelligence skills with an expertise in SFDC
•Understanding of SaaS business models and routes to market through partners
