Zoox is looking for a highly organized and ambitious Coordinator to join the Contingent Workforce team. This individual will partner with internal hiring teams and external vendors to manage scheduling for high volume hiring needs.
In this role, you will:
Work closely with hiring teams to refine existing functions to strengthen our hiring efforts for teams that are scalingCoordinate pipelining and scheduling process with vendors to ensure we meet our target hiring needs Partner with Zoox's hiring managers and CW Specialist to schedule candidate interviews (onsite, virtual, and phone)Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in the interview process and implement appropriate solutionsUpdate systems with data changesSupport full contingent worker lifecycle (i.e. onboarding, extensions, off-boarding, etc.)Own other responsibilities related to the CW program on an ad hoc basisQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple tasksHighly organized with the ability to prioritize a variety of competing priorities effectivelySelf-directed and able to balance a high sense of urgency with meticulous attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExperience using Lever or other similar ATS preferredExperience using a VMS preferred (ie: VNDLY)Adept ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change while maintaining a professional demeanorBuild rapport with both external vendors and internal business partnersBonus Qualifications:

This hybrid role entails working in the office three days per week in our Foster City office (HQ).
Compensation
This is a contract position, and employment for this position will be through a vendor contracted with Zoox. The pay range for this position is $40 - $47 per hour, and you will be eligible for a benefits package as offered by the vendor.
