The Sourcing & Procurement Operations Manager is a critical, operations-focused role at the intersection of procurement and supply chain management. This role is responsible for the development, implementation, and optimization of procurement systems, processes, and tools to support strategic sourcing and operational efficiency. You will manage the company’s procurement platforms and tools, champion sourcing and procurement best practices, enhance supplier collaboration, and oversee an offshore sourcing support function (Deal Desk).
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Business Applications, IT, Finance, and Legal to ensure procurement systems and operations are effectively aligned with enterprise goals. As a strategic leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a scalable, future-ready procurement systems strategy, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring seamless integration of procurement activities with broader business processes.

This hybrid role entails working in the office three days per week in our Foster City office (HQ).
Compensation
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $200,000 to $221,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
