What You Will Do
Support our multifamily clients to onboard a goal of 175 properties per month on to our platform.Maintain a same-day email response SLA, three-day follow schedule for all assigned accounts.Conduct discovery calls and send welcome videos to all assigned client to understand leasing targets and practices.Engage in consultative conversations with regional and marketing contacts to assess client needs and expectations.Guarantee great listing quality by diligently reviewing user-facing advertisements on Zumper.Carefully maintain internal records to ensure accurate account set up and track the performance for all listings.Who You Are
1-3 years experience in the multifamily rental space. This can be on-site at a property, working for in another role for a property management company, or for a related vendor focused on this market.Able to tailor communication for a variety of audiences with different levels of technical sophistication, experience, and marketing knowledge.Bachelor’s Degree preferredUnderstanding of challenges of the apartment rental process at the property level and insight into multifamily internet marketing landscape.Able to foster connection and in-depth conversation to discover client leasing difficulties and knowledgeably advise on best practices for lead management.Have deep empathy for the client and interest in partnering with them to solve problems.Highly organized collecting and recording property data as well as strong attention to detail when reviewing listings for accuracy.A strong problem-solver, capable of taking direction from multiple parties, working independently, and balancing multiple projects.
