As an AI Solutions Engineer on the team, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Deploy AI-Powered Tools: Roll out and fine-tune AI solutions that embed intelligence into everyday workflows (e.g. configuring enterprise search assistant and AI service agents) to improve how employees find information and resolve requests. You will provide end-to-end implementation for emerging solutions to full deployment and adoption.
- Build & Optimize AI Agents: Use agent builder frameworks to create custom AI agents that help various internal teams. This includes designing, testing, and refining prompts to ensure our AI assistants (chatbots, search agents, etc.) provide accurate, context-aware responses. You’ll apply prompt engineering techniques to continuously improve agent performance and reduce errors.
- Improve Internal Workflows: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI automation.. You’ll work with stakeholders in Corporate Operations, HR, Finance and customer facing teams to map out processes that can be enhanced by AI (from workflow automation to decision support), then prototype and implement solutions that address those needs.
- Integrate Systems & Data: Connect AI platforms with our internal tools and data sources. You’ll manage configurations, API integrations, and data pipelines to ensure the AI solutions have the information they need.. For example, you might integrate our knowledge bases or ticketing data so that the AI agents can access up-to-date company information when answering questions.
- Enable & Support Users: Serve as an internal champion for these AI tools. You will create clear documentation and conduct training sessions and demos to help employees get the most out of new AI features. Part of your job is to gather user feedback and monitor usage metrics, using those insights to iterate on prompts/configurations for continuous improvement. You’ll ensure a smooth adoption and drive ongoing enhancements so that the AI solutions continue to deliver value.

Proven ability to quickly learn new AI tools and make them useful. Experience with enterprise AI solutions (such as Glean, OpenAI, Atomicwork, Gemini, Slack, etc.) is a plus.
- Scripting & Integration Skills: Comfortable with light coding/scripting (Python, JavaScript or similar) to customize solutions. Ability to work with APIs and webhooks to integrate systems is important.
