Why We Have This Role

The Business Applications Senior Administrator is responsible for maintaining the usability, stability, and security of Qualtrics's corporate SaaS applications. System Admins govern system utilization, provide technical support to end-users, and implement system changes or upgrades in order to drive efficiency & effectiveness of the systems. Additionally, Senior System Admins mentor junior members on the team on system management best practices and begin to manage higher-level, strategic projects at the company. This role is part of an expansion of the global BizApps team into Mexico City and will work closely with the Mexico Team Lead as well as the US based team and manager.

How You’ll Grow

Things You’ll Do
  • Acting as the subject-matter-expert (the “go to”) for multiple corporate-wide platforms such as Slack, JIRA, Coda, Highspot, etc.
  • Performing system administration tasks such as provisioning, troubleshooting, configuration, and providing end-user support with a focus on more complex requests such as app installations.
  • Establishing system roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
  • Documenting procedures, policies, and enablement materials.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand business needs and resolve issues.
  • Establishing and maintaining governance best practices to minimize costs while maximizing returns.
  • Training junior members on the team on system maintenance & best practices.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
  • Enjoy learning & growing amidst ever-changing technology
  • Skilled in troubleshooting within technical systems
  • Skilled in training & mentoring junior members
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of relevant systems administration/help-desk work experience (preferred)
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience working in automations or scripting preferred

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered within this range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability, 401(k) with match, paid time off, a wellness reimbursement, mental health benefits, and an experience bonus.
