Position Summary:

We are seeking an extraordinary Recruitment Coordinator to help support the growing team here at Cellarity while contributing to our mission of re-imagining the way we do drug discovery.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing coordination and support for recruitment related activities.  The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and switch gears quickly while providing exception candidate care from application to onboarding. This individual will play a critical role in growing the dynamic team and performing exciting and fast-paced work. This role will give you the opportunity to have immediate impact, while also having the opportunity to continue to learn, grow, and develop your skill set along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and track candidates throughout hiring process in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
  • Work closely with recruiting team to share new applicants and ensure follow-up with candidates
  • Propose and implement ongoing innovations and improvements to recruitment process
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Operate independently with minimal day-to-day guidance from management
  • Multi-task effectively - working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Support the Recruiting Operations team with ad hoc projects as needed
  • Deliver an incredible candidate experience
  • Work collaboratively with leaders and their teams across a growing organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years in a similar role Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcing
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ability to learn new computer applications quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for outstanding customer service
  • Must possess a high degree of integrity, reliability and trustworthiness
