Lyft is looking for a Legal Operations Admin to join our growing Legal Operations team, and to support the broader Legal & Compliance team. As the Legal Operations Admin, you will help execute and streamline a variety of administrative tasks that help the team run. From preparing, processing and routing all legal mail, to serving as a go-to resource for many software solutions used at Lyft, this role will have exposure to the many teams and solutions that help Lyft run. 

Responsibilities:

  • Scan, file and route time-sensitive legal mail to the appropriate parties
  • Prepare and send outbound legal mail to the appropriate parties
  • Assist in the execution of sensitive legal documentation
  • Submit requisitions for services and goods on behalf of Lyft Legal & Compliance
  • Work with Accounting and Procurement teams to help process legal requests
  • Assistance with filing key reference documents
  • General ad hoc project coordination

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of administrative or legal experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills in high-volume environments
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and troubleshoot software solutions
  • Proficiency working in a Mac environment, and specifically with Google Apps (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.), Dropbox, Excel and Word
