Lyft is looking for a Partner Management Specialist to join the Driver Enablement team in our Nashville Corporate Office. We are looking for someone who can contribute to refining our driver experience as well as support the dynamic growth of a large-scale team. This role will be a mix of daily performance management, facilitating communication with our partners, and successful project management. We are looking for an individual who exhibits self-motivation, strong analytical skills and the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders across a variety of positions. The ideal candidate takes initiative, communicates clearly, and works with the team to #MakeItHappen.

Responsibilities:

  • Help triage partner related inquiries and issues to the appropriate points of contact
  • Conduct product/process training, performance audits, and business reviews
  • Identify & deploy best practices via training and systems to increase partner quality
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative feedback to optimize and develop workflows
  • Perform deep-dives to understand user behavior
  • Communicate insights in creative and compelling ways
  • End to end ownership of all partner related projects
  • Monitor SLAs and assist with workforce management

 

Experience:

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, subject to change and uncertainty
  • Aligned with Lyft’s core values
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Ability to ask, as well as answer, meaningful and impactful questions
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to attack challenging intellectual problems with energy
  • Experience leveraging data to make business decisions
  • Advanced experience with Google Sheets
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Self-motivated and ready to go at a moments notice
  • A great listener who is outstanding with documentation
  • Proven ability to operate in grey areas; adaptable and agile
  • Strong analytical skills and effective vendor / client collaboration skills. 
  • Proven ability in driving strategies across multiple functions/teams remotely to ensure cohesion towards our outcomes
