To support our rapidly growing business, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager with proven experience of bringing business products to market and growing them in a fast-paced environment. The person in this role will be responsible for bringing our business products to market and driving adoption. The Lyft Business Portal allows organizations to set up, pay for and manage their ride programs. Organizations can access Lyft’s rideshare network for transportation-as-a-service for employee business travel, staff transportation, and courtesy rides for customers, patients, and guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive a strategy for business-facing products in conjunction with the Product and Engineering teams, including but not limited to go-to-market plans, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, product positioning, and messaging.
  • Lead business admin adoption, usage, and loyalty of Lyft Business Portal with clear product positioning, naming, launch, onboarding, and lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Grow our self-serve business by working cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Product, Sales, and Engineering to build experiences that convert leads into new customers.
  • Be the voice and expert of the business admin audience; collaborate with Insights team to ensure our buyer and admin’s pain points and needs are understood.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Brand, Support, etc. to fuel ongoing product adoption and go-to-market launches on onboarding, reporting, payments, billing and more.
  • Identify new types of features based on user research and market trends 
  • Partner with Marketing colleagues on driving cross-functional, cross-channel marketing efforts to meet the growth objectives associated with ongoing product initiatives.

 Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years experience in product marketing
  • Experience working on SaaS products a plus
  • Analytical thinker with experience in data-driven marketing
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with both analytical and creative teams
  • Experience in applying market insights to inform and optimize the product experience
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills; SQL skills a plus
  • Very strong written communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards action
