We’re hiring a Recruiting Technology Lead to drive the transformation of Lyft’s recruiting systems and processes. In this role, you will design, configure, and optimize systems like Greenhouse, GoodTime, Workday, and other tools to improve recruiter efficiency, candidate experience, and data integrity. You'll partner with Talent Acquisition, Engineering, and broader HR Tech stakeholders to evolve our recruiting tech stack into a strategic enabler of Lyft's hiring goals.
This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who loves building at the intersection of technology, recruiting, and enterprise systems.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and independently design, configure, test, and deploy scalable solutions across Greenhouse (ATS), GoodTime (scheduling), Workday (HCM), CRM, and other recruiting tools
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Ops, People Analytics, and IT teams to redesign recruiting processes for efficiency, automation, and candidate experience
- Serve as the system owner and SME for Greenhouse and GoodTime, managing configuration, security, permissions, and integrations
- Lead and execute recruiting systems initiatives from discovery through deployment, including change management and training
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across recruiting systems; proactively monitor for issues and lead audits and cleanup initiatives
- Stay current with vendor roadmap updates (Greenhouse, GoodTime, Workday) and recruiting tech trends to advise on continuous improvement
- Collaborate with IT and Engineering to manage system integrations, automation pipelines, and security reviews
- Expand your impact by supporting or leading additional People Technology initiatives across Talent, Performance, or HR platforms
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience working with recruiting systems, with deep expertise in Greenhouse and/or similar ATS platforms
- Experience configuring or integrating tools like GoodTime, Workday, or recruiting CRMs
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting workflows, including sourcing, interview scheduling, offers, and onboarding
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience driving process transformation or systems modernization initiatives in partnership with Talent Acquisition
- Analytical mindset and familiarity with structured problem-solving approaches to system challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Workday–Greenhouse integrations or custom middleware
- Prior involvement in tool selection, vendor evaluation, or implementation projects
- Familiarity with data governance, access control, and privacy/security standards in enterprise applications
- Background working in Agile/Scrum environments and using tools like Jira or Confluence
- Hands-on experience building custom reports or dashboards using system-native tools or BI platforms

The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is CAD $122,000 - $152,500. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
