We’re looking for a highly motivated self-starter to be part of the Sales Operations team. In this role, you will drive accurate and clean data, sales processes, tools management, and operational improvements for Lyft Business. Additionally, you will provide support to our Sales and Marketing teams by maintaining dashboards, designing compensation reporting, and forecasting revenue. The ideal candidate is passionate about Lyft and understands the implications of data on a high growth sales organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update sales compensation dashboards and reporting
  • Assist in the overall data integrity of Salesforce.com
  • Provide input on forecasting tools and building out revenue projections
  • Create ad-hoc reports and dashboards for various stakeholders
  • Liaise between Sales Operations and individual sales representatives 
  • Audit existing compensation reports for any discrepancies
  • Respond to inquiries from the Sales team about reporting
  • Understand data visualizations tools such as Mode/Tableau and basic SQL syntax

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • 3+ years experience in business analytics
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Basic understanding of SQL with desire to become an expert
  • Proven success learning quickly in a fast-paced environment
