Responsibilities

  • Conduct data analysis to identify gaps in operational performance.
  • Develop dashboards and analysis to support operations decision-making.
  • Simulate data to improve logistics speed standards with operational cost become the key consideration.
  • Lead strategic projects to reduce lead time with efficienct cost.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.
  • Monitor shipper performance to meet lead time targets.

    • Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience, preferably from the express logistics / supply chain planning / logistics consulting company
  • 3 years experience in Network Operation Design is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or Economics from a top university.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Excel
  • A data-driven mindset. Able to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Able to working under pressure in limited time available
