About the position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist (Digital) to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital experiences and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our website, contributing to its continuous improvement, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:

Make regular website updates, including content, collateral and images
Drive A/B testing and optimization efforts to improve conversions and user engagement
Help build out personalized web experiences
Troubleshoot and resolve website incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal functionality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to implement website enhancements.
Monitor website analytics and provide insights to inform future strategies

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in web maintenance/management
Experience using website CMS & tools such as WordPress and GoogleAnalytics
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web design principles
Knowledge of ABM and personalization platforms such as 6Sense and Mutiny is a plus
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving web trends.
