The SEO Specialist will be responsible for strategically managing, optimizing, and expanding the performance of partner websites. This role emphasizes expertise in on-page SEO strategies, PR, relationship management with partners, and consistently aligning partner site performance with Catena Media’s SEO objectives. 

  • Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive on-page SEO strategies tailored specifically for partner websites. 
  • Coordinate closely with the Director of SEO and Director of Content to align SEO initiatives with business targets and goals. 
  • Build, maintain, and improve key SEO strategies, as well as execute on content optimization, and improve website authority through EEAT optimization. 
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with partner stakeholders, clearly communicating SEO best practices, updates, and performance metrics. 
  • Prioritize page optimizations based on revenue potential, expected returns, and partner site ranking objectives. 
  • Mentor team members on best practices in SEO, specifically around partner site optimization and relationship management. 
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to both internal stakeholders and external partners on SEO performance and growth opportunities. 
  • Conduct periodic training sessions for internal and partner teams to ensure consistent SEO understanding and application. 
  • To do it, you will need

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in SEO, particularly in on-page optimization 
  • Strong experience in partner or stakeholder relationship management. 
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog. 
  • Hands-on experience with multiple CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.) 
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple partner projects concurrently, maintaining meticulous attention to detail under tight deadlines.
