  • Mencari informasi penting dari calon pelanggan seperti pengambil keputusan, kebutuhan khusus, dan solusi terbaik yang bisa ditawarkan perusahaan
  • Mengikuti perkembangan tren industri, aktivitas pasar, dan pesaing untuk meningkatkan layanan atau menawarkan layanan baru
  • Mengelola akun pelanggan utama
  • Menutup penjualan dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan informasi, dan arahan
  • Mengelola komunikasi dan hubungan dengan pelanggan
  • Menyusun laporan dari data yang dikumpulkan dan dianalisis
  • Bekerja sama dalam tim untuk mencapai hasil yang ditargetkan
  • Kualifikasi

  • Berdomisili di Salatiga
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja 1–2 tahun di bidang Sales/Business Development/Acquisition, lebih disukai dari industri logistik atau pengiriman barang
  • Berpikir cepat dan kritis dalam memahami minat pelanggan UMKM
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang sangat baik
  • Mandiri, berorientasi pada target, semangat tinggi, dan sikap positif
  • Mampu menghadapi penolakan dan tekanan kerja
  • Menguasai komunikasi bisnis, negosiasi, manajemen pelanggan, penjualan solusi logistik, Microsoft Office, dan berorientasi pada pelayanan
