About the team: Paytm is experiencing significant growth across its platform, driven by increased adoption of multiple products. A key factor in our success is our ability to understand customer pain points and provide data-driven solutions. A person in this role will work on solving Merchant growth and monetisation on the Paytm for Bu app.

About the role: We are looking for a Campaign Operations Manager for accelerating the core growth metrics and user numbers for the Merchant business lines. The role specifically focuses on initiatives planned through CRM channels – Push, Whatsapp, SMS, Email, In-app. If you are passionate about mobile and web apps with a penchant towards marketing campaigns, love extreme attention to content & design detail and care about how your work impacts millions of users daily, we want you!

Expectations/ Requirements :
Configure and implement all planned campaigns and ensure timely go-live as per planned marketing calendar
Work with a central design and marketing team to create highly engaging creative and content to optimize CTR and conversions. Designing and carry out experiments and A/B testing, to optimize conversion across the user funnel
Analyze and report campaign performance metrics using marketing analytics tools
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, traffic and business, to ensure alignment and effective execution 

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:-
4 to 6 years’ experience with marketing and web analytics tools like CleverTap, Moengage, Mix panel or in-house tools
Advanced knowledge of Clevertap or similar tools and its features like Journeys, Recurring campaigns, event based triggers
Experience in marketing automation and communication personalisation
Understanding of marketing analytics and metrics of campaign performance including concepts like impression, CTR, UTM, attribution, conversion funnels and control groups
Experience working with content teams to draft effective and engaging communications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
