What Your Days Will be Like:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the HomePay Technology team in the position of QA Engineer. The candidate would join a small, agile team responsible for designing, developing, and executing test strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. This role involves analyzing requirements, creating and maintaining test cases, automating tests, identifying defects, and collaborating with developers to improve software quality.

Work Location: This is a Hybrid Position - in office, Monday, Wednesday & Thursday - We have offices in Lehi, Utah 

What You'll Be Working On: 

• Develop and maintain automated test suites for our Legacy application.
• Provide end to end automation testing for front end applications
• Regression testing 
• Reporting defects to software developers
• Develop test planning and strategies for new software and features
• Provide Test summaries and reports with the status of the system.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• 3-5+ years of professional engineering experience required
• Experience with automation tools and frameworks required
• Hands on Experience with Selenium testing with C# required
• End to end testing experience required
• Nice to have, Jenkins familiarity 
• Nice to have, Docker 
• Usage of reporting tools like JIRA.

Salary Range:  $112,000 to $130,000.

The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, Care.com provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
