Our Marketing Operations Manager plays a key role managing the marketing department's daily operations, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and ad hoc requests. The role also includes the execution of event and webinar strategies, improving lead flow, and contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
This position requires an individual that knows the full capabilities of the HubSpot Marketing Automation environment, including solution integration, data manipulation, AI enhanced features and workflow optimization paired with proven technical/problem-solving abilities.
What You’ll Do
- Operational Management: Overseeing all aspects of marketing operations, including planning and execution, automation and standardization
- Process Optimization: Identifying and implementing improvements to marketing processes to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with other departments like sales and customer service to align marketing efforts
- Campaign Management: Managing campaign execution, including planning, building, scheduling, and optimization
- Lead Management: Optimizing lead flow from initial engagement to qualification and handoff to sales
- Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring marketing team members
Your First 90 Days
In your First 30 Days, Tools and People. You will familiarize yourself with our MarTech stack and get acquainted with our team and existing processes.
In your First 60 Days, Operational Support. You will begin to take on a driving administrator role for our day-to-day marketing operations efforts, managing ad hoc requests.
In Your First 90 Days, Lead Flow and Campaign Support. You will begin to support event, webinar and lead gen list processing and campaign execution. You will have a robust understanding of our people and processes as well as work with our internal stakeholders to support their business needs and initiatives.
Who You Are
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing and marketing operations
- Advanced HubSpot experience
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills
- Salesforce experience
- Experience with marketing technology platforms
- Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
- Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally

The salary range for this opportunity is $92,000-$106,000 per year. You will be eligible for employee equity and discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time.
