The role

At HelloFresh, we’re redefining how technology powers business growth. Our Information and Technology Alliance (IT Management) drives innovation and efficiency, ensuring seamless and secure identity management at a global scale. We're seeking a proactive Senior IT Engineer, IAM, who thrives on automation, security, and data-driven decision-making.

What you’ll do

• Develop and automate workflows around user and application lifecycle, access management, access reviews, audits, and compliance
• Establish engineering and DevOps (IaC) best practices, ensuring secure and scalable IAM automations
• Improve security features around authentication, authorization and account protection, identifying and implementing IAM/IGA best practices
• Build comprehensive reports and monitoring tools to track IAM operations, enabling data-driven optimization initiatives

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph for IAM automation
• Proven experience with Entra ID (Identity Governance, Conditional Access and Application Management)
• Hands-on experience with Azure Services like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Logic Apps and Azure Automation
• Microsoft Certification (SC-300 and/or AZ-500)
