IN Compass Health is seeking BC/BE Hospitalists to join our team at SIH Saint Joseph Memorial Hospital, a 25-bed critical access hospital located in Murphysboro, Illinois. The position features 24-hour shifts, with 8 hours in-house and 16 hours on call. This structure offers flexibility and a balanced workload, allowing you to provide high-quality patient care while maintaining a desirable work/life balance.

Murphysboro, located just 10 minutes from Carbondale, offers small-town charm while being close to Southern Illinois University and the beautiful Shawnee National Forest, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. It's also within a short drive of St. Louis, MO, giving you access to city amenities.

SIH Saint Joseph Memorial Hospital is part of the Southern Illinois Healthcare System (SIH) and plays an essential role in delivering quality care to southern Illinois.
