Duda is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing people team.
As a Talent Acquisition at Duda you’ll have the opportunity to play a major role in achieving the company’s growth goals by driving recruitment strategy and hiring excellent people. We’re looking for someone who is data driven, highly motivated and innovative, lives and breaths recruiting and loves challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process from CV screening, phone interviewing to in-depth behavioral interviews and issuing an offer
  • Partner and work closely with hiring managers to design the hiring process, crafting profiles and ensuring high-quality talent recruitment
  • Drive Duda’s recruitment strategy and methodology 
  • Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of potential candidates by identifying prospects through direct sourcing, networking, social media, recruitment campaigns, referrals program and other creative methods
  • Conduct effective, data-driven recruiting processes while utilizing our ATS and using metrics to support smart decision making
  • Create and maintain an excellent candidate experience
  • Create relationships and work closely with leading recruitment agencies
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team, HR, and other partners on process improvements, events, DEI, employer branding, and various other initiatives

Qualifications

  • 2 years of proven experience of end to end recruiting at a high tech company 
  • Experience with major recruitment platforms, preferably Greenhouse 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a very dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently and own the process while collaborating with teammates and different stakeholders
  • Data-Driven approach and ability to report and analyze hiring processes.
  • Proven sourcing skills and experience with recruiting databases and Social Media platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, GitHub, and more)
  • Pro-active with a Can-Do attitude and a strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
  • BSc in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences or equivalent
