• Salary: $95,000–$100,000/year + production incentives
• Bonuses: $10,000 Sign-On + $10,000 Retention Bonus
• Schedule: 4-day workweek + large animal on-call rotation every 4–5 weeks
• Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
