BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Bloomfield, NJ home care team as a Bilingual Nurse Manager (Spanish-speaking required) Part-time. Our Bloomfield office provides high-quality care to clients of all ages throughout Essex County, and we’re looking for a compassionate leader to help guide our caregivers and support our mission.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Nurse Manager:

• Lead and mentor a team of compassionate, high-performing caregivers.
• Conduct in-home visits and assessments in Bloomfield and surrounding areas.
• Develop and manage care plans with a focus on safety and quality.
• Supervise and support CHHAs to ensure consistent, excellent care.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and complete staff competency checks.
• Partner with office leadership to maintain the highest care standards.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (required).
• Strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills.

Base Pay:  $45.00- $50.00 / hour depending on qualifications
