About the Role

Mixpanel is seeking a Marketing Manager to help us accelerate our presence in Israel - one of our key growth markets. You will be part of a small, results-oriented team on the ground and lead the development and execution of marketing programs in the region. Your focus will be to drive awareness and pipeline in our start-up, mid-market, and enterprise segments - with a specific focus on gaming and igaming industries. You will help to build communities with our users and develop executive relationships with mid-market and enterprise customers.

This role will report to the Head of Marketing EMEA based in London, working closely with the Country Lead based in Tel Aviv.

We’re looking for an all-round marketer with previous experience of building and executing field marketing programs. Whilst you’ll be the only marketer based in Israel, you’ll work closely with commercial teams operating in the region (sales, customer, product). You’ll also be guided and supported by the wider EMEA marketing organization and global marketing team.

The position will be based in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and regional teams to execute a strong field marketing strategy that fills the top of the funnel pipeline, engages key accounts via ABM, and pulls customers down the funnel (you’ll work closely with our demand generation team who owns our ABM strategy).
  • Understand how to leverage digital channels and how to build integrated campaigns.
  • Lead the execution of events ranging from webinars, conference sponsorships, hospitality events, and a potential user conference, and own budgeting & spend tracking for each event run in the region.
  • Track, measure, and share the impact of every program related to our overall GTM strategy.
  • Manage overall budget and event calendar for the fiscal year (supported by the regional lead).
  • Partner with sales leadership & digital demand generation teams to execute our ABM.
  • Represent the Israeli regional team and ensure wider marketing and cross team alignment.
  • Ensure field marketing contributes productively to the quarterly business reviews of the sales team they support.
  • Leverage data to make informed recommendations, decisions, and forecasts regarding our demand generation strategies and target account-based plans.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

3+ years relevant marketing experience, ideally in the B2B, SaaS sector.  You should have had some experience across the entire marketing spectrum possibly as the first person on the ground for a US based Scaleup::

  • Content creation experience - email copy, invites, social media posts, proof reading translations & being able to translate key materials into local language.
  • Project management experience

You have experience executing creative, impactful field marketing programs for executives and technical teams.

  • You take pride in everything you and your team do—quality, creativity, execution, productivity, and of course balance.
  • You’re extremely detail-oriented and organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • You have mastered digital and hybrid events during COVID but excited to get back on the road to build relationships with our community in person.
  • You will be a self-starter who is able to take a global strategy and translate this into a locally relevant and powerful plan which you then execute flawlessly.
