Key Responsibilities
- Validate the vendor invoices and process vendor payment Prepare bills and Invoices.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and year end closes, including month end journal entries and account reconciliations, completed accurately and timely in accordance with generally accepted accounting principle.
- Responsible for Fixed asset accounting in Netsuite.
- Depreciation run, Asset addition, retirement and disposal.
- Month end, quarter end accounting.
- Support Audit during quarter and year ends.
- Analysis of trial balance.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Ad hoc projects assigned as required.
- 3 to 5 years of accounting experience.
- Experience with Netsuite or similar accounting software is required.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, formula proficiency, ability to work with large data sets and macro experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and compliance with deadlines.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Education:
- Bachelor’s /Master degree in Accounting.
